Small business is not only the engine that drives the US economy it is also creating jobs and driving green technology innovation. According to recent research, Small businesses are creating much needed jobs in America and they are also behind green technology innovation.
A recent report by the US Small Business Administration, indicates that small businesses outperformed large companies in net job creation by about 75 percent from 1992-2010. Small business is stimulating the US economy and small business innovation is contributing to America’s competitive advantage.
Another study by the US Small Business Administration finds small businesses responsible for much of the green technology innovation. Small businesses hold 14 percent of all US green technology patents.
Small business job creation and greentech innovation are stimulating the American economy and helping to bolster US competitiveness.
