Paul Carpenter is the Manager of Environmental Information and Reporting with the Environmental Affairs and Real Estate group at ArcelorMittal, the largest steel manufacturer in the world. Paul manages all aspects of ArcelorMittal USA’s environmental data management and quality assurance for agency, NGO, internal and global reporting including, air, water, waste, TRI and sustainability key performance indicators.
Mr. Carpenter’s origins were in Information Technology (IT) from enterprise JD Edwards ERP implementations to supporting the internal infrastructure in drug wholesale and manufacturing organizations. With over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology field and subsequent environmental experience Mr. Carpenter helped to bridge the gap between IT and environmental to more effectively mitigate risk, save money and continue superior compliance in an already exemplary environmental program.
Water/Waste/EMS Compliance Manager
Chris Gilbreath graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Chris worked for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment in the Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Division overseeing large Federal Facilities and remediation projects including the Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site (RFETS) and the Rocky Mountain Arsenal. He then joined CH2M HILL and successfully remediated RFETS (a former Cold War plutonium facility).
Following the decommissioning of RFETS, Mr. Gilbreath joined Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association (Tri-State) as the Water, Waste and Environmental Management System Manager. Tri-State is a wholesale electric power supplier owned by the 44 electric cooperatives that it serves. Tri-State generates and transmits electricity to its member systems throughout a 200,000 square-mile service territory across Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico and Wyoming. Within the past year, his duties also include the regulatory oversight of (2) coal mines which support Tri-State’s generation stations.

Byron Burrows received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida, is a professional engineer in Florida, and a Board Certified Environmental Engineer with specialization in air pollution control. He also has certification as a Qualified Stack Test Individual. Byron has over 29 years of experience in the environmental field with particular emphasis on sustainability, air monitoring, emission testing, and air permitting.
Mr. Burrows is currently the Manager – Air Programs in the EHS department at Tampa Electric Company and he has worked at TECO Energy for over 14 years.

Ethan Hinkley was born in Durango, Co. and attended Fort Lewis College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (minors in chemistry, math and music). He has 10 years of experience in the air quality field. Ethan worked for the Southern Ute Tribal Environmental Programs Division, where he assisted in the development of the Tribe’s Part 70 Operating Permit program regulations and the proposed Minor source permitting program regulations. He was also an Early Board Member of The Climate Registry.
Currently Mr. Hinkley is responsible for implementing the Enviance System at the Southern Ute Growth Fund.
Vice President of Technical Sales and Product Development
Neil Foster is the Vice President of Technical Sales and Product Development and has been with Enviance for over 10 years. As VP of Technical Sales, Neil leads the team responsible for all technical sales and product education for potential and existing clients. As a senior member of Product Development, Neil is responsible for conducting competitive market analysis and defining and driving the Enviance product roadmap.
Mr. Foster has over 25 years of environmental and management consulting experience. He has held leadership roles with various environmental and management consulting organizations focused on business development and project management.
